Mulligan…time to reload!

On St. Patrick’s Day 2009, MatchPoint Consulting Group was born.  It came out of both necessity and the desire to fully integrate top notch customer service into the staffing world.  By learning over the years from the cumulative experience from my employers and fellow employees (Current & Past, Staffing & Club Industry) I felt that there was a place in staffing where customer service, honesty and integrity could meet…MatchPoint.

We did not reinvent the staffing industry, we merely added the touch that was so desperately needed by taking care of our clients & employees first.  Routine touch points, lunches, happy hours, social outings are the norm.  Demonstrating true respect and genuinely caring for all that work with MatchPoint is just part of what sets us apart from the rest.

mp golfballIn 2009, I launched a website, or as I like to call it, a landing page.  It was a shot, way out of bounds and desperately in need of a do over…a Mulligan!  It was generic, simple and without any differentiation from any other staffing website.  Over the past 7 years, we have engaged many folks to assist in creating a site that relates to MatchPoint.   Differing themes along with content and pictures that were no better than the landing page from 2009. Multiple iterations later, here we are.  We found a company that understood our business and enjoyed the fact that we did not take ourselves too seriously.  You can tell by the selected pictures and the narrative of the content that there is a flowing theme with a little bit of all of us included. I am proud to say that we now have a site that reflects our personality, style, attitude and message.  Our message is simple, IT Staffing Delivered!  The intersection where our consultants and your initiatives meet…MatchPoint.
